Clear about what is collected.

When you send an event inquiry, I receive the contact and event details you enter. This can include your name, work email, company, event date, city, venue, attendance, coverage priorities, and notes.

When you request a resource or business case, I receive your email address, the resource requested, and any calculator inputs or results included with that request.

I use this information to reply to your request, confirm availability, deliver a requested resource, prepare for a possible assignment, and maintain necessary business records.

I do not sell or rent your personal information.

The site uses Vercel for hosting, anonymous website analytics, and performance monitoring. Cloudflare Turnstile helps detect automated form submissions. Resend delivers form and resource emails. Supabase may store resource requests when that service is configured.

These providers process limited information needed to perform those services. An IP address may be used for bot protection and rate limiting. Website analytics may include page, referrer, device, browser, and approximate location data in aggregated form.

Inquiry and resource-request information is kept only as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, and protect the site. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing simo@photographybysimo.com. I may need to retain limited records when required for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
